The receiver of the gift work has the right to consider it personal property and dispose of it to one’s discretion, i.e:

· To hand down one’s right of ownership;

· To make copies and sell them;

· To publish the work and/or copies.

My future heirs (including so far my only heir Seifetdinova Anastasia Rasimovna) lose their right of ownership to this work.

The author’s name should be kept and stay unchangeable any time this work will be used.

The work is transferred to the section of gift works.

The receiver of the Gift certificate reserves the right to publish or not to publish one’s name on the website along with the picture to oneself.
